Traditional galvanized trays last 3-5 years; our new trays use hot-dip plating for a >20μm Zn-Al-Mg-RE layer, with over 1000 hours of salt spray test (far exceeding traditional 480 hours). "Sacrificial anode protection" extends service life to over 15 years.
