Spraying cable tray, also known as electrostatic spray coated cable tray, is a high-performance cable support system manufactured from quality steel (cold rolled or galvanized) and finished with an advanced electrostatic powder coating process. Compared to traditional hot-dip galvanized trays, the spraying process provides a smoother, more uniform finish, superior UV resistance, and a wider range of color options (RAL standard).
Our spraying cable trays are designed to withstand extreme weather, chemical corrosion, and mechanical stress. The coating thickness ranges from 60μm to 120μm, ensuring excellent adhesion and impact resistance. Perfect for data centers, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, tunnels, and outdoor power distribution.

Drying: High-temperature oven to remove moisture.
Electrostatic Spraying: Automated reciprocating spray guns with Faraday cage effect for uniform coverage.
Curing: 200°C convection oven for 15 minutes – complete cross-linking.
Quality Check: Adhesion cross-cut test, thickness gauge, and pinhole detection.
